Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Printing takes 2–5 business days and shipping 4–6 more. Orders from $35 ship free; otherwise shipping is $4.99.

Change of mind

Every sheet is printed with the name and words you choose, for one child, so we can't take it back because you changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with it.

Cancelling an order

Write to hello@goldstarstickers.com within one hour of ordering and we cancel and refund it in full. After that it may already be printing.

Misprints and damage

If your sheet arrives misprinted, damaged, or different from the design you made, we reprint it for free or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.

Write to hello@goldstarstickers.com with your order number and a photo of the problem, within 30 days of delivery.

Lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after the latest estimated date, tell us and we'll trace it, then reprint or refund it. If the shipping address given at checkout was wrong, we can reprint at cost.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.
