Terms of sale

What you order

Each sticker sheet is printed to order from the design you make in the sticker maker. The preview shows the sheet exactly as it will print.

Please check the name and any words you write before you order. We print what you approve; you confirm the spelling before adding a sheet to the cart.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it.

Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order. We never see your full card details.

Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Sheets are printed by our print partner in the US, usually within 2–5 business days, and shipping takes 4–6 more. The dates shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping is free on orders from $35; otherwise standard shipping is $4.99.

Personalized goods

Every sheet is printed with the name and words you choose, for one child, so we can't take it back because you changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with it.

If something is wrong

If your sheet arrives misprinted, damaged or different from the design you made, we reprint it or refund you. See our returns and refunds policy.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

What you write

You are responsible for the names and words you add. We may refuse to print content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights, and refund you if we do.

Safety

Stickers are small parts. They are meant to be used with an adult nearby and are not suitable for children under 3 to play with unsupervised.

Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the state you live in.
